A detailed condition report is prepared at
the beginning of each tenancy this report details all aspects of the property
and includes a photographic record. Routine inspections are carried out every 3 months and a
comprehensive report is forwarded to you. These inspections enable us to
monitor the property, and also bring to your attention any general or
preventative maintenance issues that need to be addressed.
